There has been incidences recently in Tamilnadu where the elephants from their habitat zone often come out and tresspass the human settlement. The Tamilnadu Forest Department is coming with more reasons for their invasaion in to human settlement. One of them and valid among them is that the crucial elephanat habitat zone and their path for food has been encroched by humans. However the reason in terms of weather parameter is not at all considered. Usually when there is descending air the air is said to be compressed and humidity is sucked out and some times a small ignition may lead to a forest fire. Elephants are sensitive to this presure change and when there is a considerable change to anti-cyclonic nature usually fear of forest fire or fear of dehydration elephants may come to valley. This fact is true and verifiable only for elephants and other animals do not bear this sort of premonition. Especially when the elephant is in family way the along with herds invade valley.
