Food subsidy for land less farm labourers

During this election campaign days, I want to press one thing. I wish it should reach the ears of the rulers for the benefit of downtrodden. Veteran and Noble thinkers- among sitting MLA's like Thiru Vasantha Kumar [Congress MLA-Nanguneri assembly constituency-Tamilnadu]-must try to implement this in their constituency: That is,
The agrarian society is living in villages. There is no confirmed job opportunities for the land less agricultural labours. Among them 50 % of women is engaged in farm related works. When there is no adequate job, the land less agrarian labour force move towards town in seek of employment. Most of the times the gents migrated towards town leaving behind their ladies and wards. These ladies find it very difficult to tun the family. While Government of India is assuring 100 calender day work, and a wage of INR 100/- to the farm labourers other welfare measures are looked into it.
For example, in India, the industrial work force is getting subsidised food. Be it a heavy industry, medium industry, small industry or even the IT or ITeS , subsidised cooked food are delivered to them daily at nominal concessional rate. This became possible in organised sector. Agriculture sector is not well organised. They deserve to receive cooked food at subsidised rate but they are denied this facility.
I plead Government of India and good hearted MLA's like Thiru Vasantha Kumar to fight for this right for the welfare of agrarian labourers. Cooked food at subsidised rates can be distributed through 'Mid day meals' centre and / or through designated temples / ration shops and hotels in the village. Or at least ensure the availability of subsidised food in all eatery centres in the village and / or nearby hotels in the nearest town. This will curtail the migration of families out of village. MP /MLA fund can be utilised.
