Rainfall till date [24.10.2013] is 11.3cm against a Normal of 13.9 cm. [-18% departure]
Unless otherwise rain picks up within another fortnight probably NEM will fail this time.
Formation of other circulation which may have detached from the present one should give rainfall atleast for North TN
