Nuclear Waste disposal can be considered in the following manner.
Waste can be placed in a sealed container and using rocket technology the waste container may be taken to outer orbit of space. From there using another rocket the waste may be pushed away from galaxy or solar system. While launching and positioning future satellite in Geostationary orbit, additional maneuverability can be taken to push the nuclear waste capsule from geostationary orbit to outer space in such a way to last it beyond time and beyond space.Suitable technology to handle this effort is to be evolved including technology to handle the unsuccessful launches.
