[3] Vast stretch of fields and land as MARUTHAM
[4] Sea shore lands as NEYTHAL and
[5] Any above said land that losses its credentials due to drought will become PALAI
The Neythal land and a portion of land adjoining Neythal which is PALAI will be having more PALM tress in the vicinity. Kings ruling this area preferred to have PALM tree as their idendity and used as their logo in the flag. The ecosystem of the strech of land ruled by these kings is such that the PALM tree is predominantly present there and kings opted PALM tree as their logo. Pandia Kingdom is here referred to
Similarly Kurinji people is surrounded by mountains and it is no doubt that the kings ruled such domain [ecosystem] preferred to have Bow as their representative logo and had it in their flag. Chera Kingdom can be referred to here.
The Chola Kingdom which was relatively in northern latitude to above said areas comprise fertile land, in land forest, and sea shores. The Chola rulers preferred Tiger as their logo and it is embeded in all flags in Chola Kingdoms.
